At a General Meeting of the above named Company convened and held at Sher House, 46 Houghton Place,Bradford, BD1 3RG on 24 October 2008 at 10.00 am the following extraordinary resolution and ordinary resolutions were passed:
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Timothy Calverley, of Calverley Ahmed BR & I, Sher House, 46 Houghton Place, Bradford, BD1 3RG, be appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”
