TURNMILL STREET AREA PARKING AMENDMENTS
THE ISLINGTON (PARKING PLACES)(ZONE C)(NO.*) ORDER 200*
THE ISLINGTON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 200*
- 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of The London Borough of Islington proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under Sections 6,45,46,49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.
- 2 The general effect of the Parking Place Order would be to revoke all parking places on Turnmill Street except the two residents parking places located opposite No.64 Turnmill Street.
- 3 The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Order would be to introduce “No Waiting at any time” restrictions for the whole of Turnmill Street between its junctions with Clerkenwell Road and Cowcross Street.
- 4 A copy of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders at the following location:

- 5 Any person who wishes to object or to make other representations about the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing, specifying the grounds on which they are made to Public Realm, The Municipal Offices, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1YA (quoting reference TMO/GO/2485), within the period of twenty one days from the date on which this Notice is published.
