DAVID LOMAX LIMITED
At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at DSi Services, 29 King Street, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire ST5 1ER, on 22 October 2008, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily under Legislation section: section 84(1)(b) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that Martin Williamson of DSi Services, 29 King Street, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire ST5 1ER, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of its winding-up”.
