At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB, on 20 October 2008, the following Resolutions were duly passed:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and that David Merrygold and Brian Hamblin of the firm of PKF (UK) LLP, 16 The Havens, Ransomes Europark, Ipswich, Suffolk IP3 9SJ, Accountants and Business Advisers, be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
