A23 HANDCROSS TO WARNINGLID WIDENING
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT
DETERMINATION UNDER SECTION 105 A (3) OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
The Secretary of State for Transport gives notice that he has determined that his proposal for widening the section of A23 between Handcross and Warninglid in West Sussex which is a relevant project within the meaning of section 105A (1) of the Highways Act 1980 is subject to environmental impact assessment in accordance with Part VA of the Highways Act 1980 implementing Directive 85/337/EEC as amended.
Any comments about this notice should be sent to the Highways Agency at the address given below. Any comments should be made as soon as possible and preferably before 23rd January 2009.
