NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Mr Andrew Baragwanath for consent to discharge up to 34.3 cubic metres per day of secondary treated sewage effluent to ground waters via soakaway at National Grid Reference SW 49150 40180 from Trevalgan Touring Park, St Ives, Cornwall, TR26 3BJ.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, PO Box 4209, Sheffield, S9 9BS, during the period 16/10/08 to 27/11/08 quoting reference NPSWQD004057.
Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at Sir John Moore House, Victoria Square, Bodmin, Cornwall, PL31 1EB between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
