Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 26 September 2008, Beechbrook Mezzanine I General Partner Limited transferred to Beechbrook Mezzanine I GPLP all of the interest held by it in Beechbrook Mezzanine I L.P. (the “Partnership”) a Limited Partnership registered in the UK with No LP013182 and that with effect from 26 September 2008, Beechbrook Mezzanine I General Partner Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
