At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company held at The Westley Hotel, Westley Road, Acocks Green, Birmingham, B27 7UJ on 07 October 2008 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Neil Richard Gibson and Mark Grahame Tailby, both of CBA, 39 Castle Street, Leicester, LE1 5WN, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up and that the Joint Liquidators be and are hereby empowered to act jointly and severally.”
