Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that in relation to the interest held by it in Carlyle Europe Partners III, L.P., being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with No LP011771 (the “Partnership”), Compagnie Financière Saint-Honoré transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership to CFSH Luxembourg, and consequently on that date, CFSH Luxembourg was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership. This transfer was accepted by the General Partner of the Partnership on 2 October 2008 but deemed to be effective by each party to the transfer on 22 September 2008.
