Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Clive House, Clive Street, Bolton BL1 1ET, on 03 November 2008, at 11.00 am for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act, i.e, to consider the Directors’ statement of affairs, to appoint a Liquidator and to appoint a Liquidation Committee. Any Creditor wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge a completed proof of debt form (together, if it is desired to vote by proxy, with a completed proxy form) at the office of Tenon Recovery, Clive House, Clive Street, Bolton BL1 1ET, no later than 31 October 2008 at 12.00 noon. Pursuant to Section 98(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986, Christoper Benjamin Barrett and Thomas Dixon both of Tenon Recovery, Clive House, Clive Street, Bolton BL1 1ET are qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioners in relation to the Company who, during the period before the day on which the Meeting is to be held, will furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
