The Partners of Gerald Eve (the “Partnership”) give notice in accordance with the above Act that they have, with effect from close of business on 30 September 2008, commenced the dissolution of the Partnership following the transfer of the business of the Partnership to Gerald Eve LLP, an English registered Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 with registered No OC339470. All new business will now be conducted by Gerald Eve LLP.
