Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund III

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 1 October 2008 Public Safety Personnel Retirement System transferred 100% of the interest held by it in Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund III (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP12752, to Arizona PSPRS Trust (the “New Limited Partner”) and that with effect from 1 October 2008, the New Limited Partner was admitted to the Partnership as a Limited Partner, and Public Safety Personnel Retirement System ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
