DISEASES OF FISH ACT 1937
Notice is hereby given that the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs, has made the Diseases of Fish (Designated Areas) (England) (No. 13) Order 2008.
The designated area incorporates Broad Colney Lakes, London Colney, Hertfordshire and comprises the waters and the land in the area bounded by an imaginary line drawn from the following Ordnance Survey grid references: TL18640376, straight to TL17580310, following the course of Shenley Lane (B5378) up to TL17510345, then straight to TL18450404, returning to TL18640376 following the course of the A1081; for the purpose of Section 2 of the Diseases of Fish Act 1937, and restricts the movement of live fish and eggs of fish without the previous consent, in writing, of the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs.
The Order came into force on 2 October 2008
