Notice is hereby given that Julei King Lee and/or any person having a claim or interest in the Lease of 2 Lundy Drive, West Cross, Swansea SA3 5QL (“the Premises”) dated 11 December 2004, between Parc Mawr Investments Ltd (1) and Cyril Morris & Eirwen Neston Francis (2) is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his/her interest to Morgan LaRoche, Solicitors, acting for the Freeholder, Parc Mawr Investments Ltd, whose address for the purposes of this notice is PO Box 176, Bay House, Phoenix Way, Swansea SA7 9YT, and to send such particulars no later than 4 November 2008, after which date the Court will, inter-alia, be invited to make an order forfeiting the Leasehold interest in the Premises.
