Notice is hereby given pursuant to Rule 4.125 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Smith & Williamson Limited at First Floor, 89 King Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 1BG on 11th November 2008 at 10:00 am for the purposes of receiving the Joint Liquidators’ report of the winding up and determining whether the Joint Liquidators should be released from office.

Any Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. It is not necessary for the proxy holder to be a Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Joint Liquidators, at Smith & Williamson Limited, First Floor, 89 King Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 1BG, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the Meeting.
