At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Harbour Reach, Rue De Carteret, St Helier, on 3 October 2008, the following Special Resolution was passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Daryl Warwick of Armstrong Watson, Fairview House, Victoria Place, Carlisle, Cumbria CA1 1HP be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.
