At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at DTE House, Hollins Mount, Bury BL9 8AT, on 02 October 2008 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that A Poxon, of Leonard Curtis, DTE House, Hollins Mount, Bury BL9 8AT, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
