Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 68 Thorpe Lane, Almondbury, Huddersfield HD5 8UF, on 22 October 2008, at 10.30 am, for the purposes provided for in sections 98, 99, 100 and 101 of the Act. A list of the names and addresses of the Creditors of the Company is available for inspection at the offices of Wilkinson & Co, 68 Thorpe Lane, Almondbury, Huddersfield HD5 8UF, on the two business days preceding the Meeting of Creditors between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
