1. In this notice the following shall apply:

FORSTER AND MANN LIMITED

Interest: Freehold.

Conveyance: Conveyance dated 22 October 1982 and made between Robert Vernon Brown and Leslie Arthur Browne (1) and Forster & Mann Limited (2).

Property: The Property situated at firstly all that farmhouse buildings and premises situate and known as West End Farmhouse, Costessey Street, in the county of Norfolk as the same forms part of Ordnance Survey Number NG2414 (formerly part 410) of the said parish secondly all those two pieces or parcels of riverside meadows comprising Ordnance Number NG6210 (formerly Ordnance Survey Number 416) containing 1.9 acres or thereabouts and Ordnance Number NG5922 (formerly Ordnance Number 417) containing 3 acres or thereabouts thirdly all that part of ordnance Survey Number 444A comprising part of the river as adjoins and is coextensive with OS NG6210 (formerly 416) secondly above described containing 0.67 acres or thereabouts being the land comprised in the above-mentioned Conveyance.

2. In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the Company vested when the Company was dissolved) hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the property, the vesting of the property having come to his notice on 22 November 2007.
