Notice is hereby given that The Amstelborg Limited Partnership, a Limited Partnership registered in England (No LP010810) of 7th Floor, 45 King William Street, London EC4R 9AN, previously existing between Allco Finance Limited (Company No 03122844) as General Partner and Allco Finance (UK) Limited (Company No 02818852) and Lloyds TSB General Leasing (No.10) Limited (Company No 05452924) as Limited Partners, was dissolved on 30 September 2008.

We agree to the dissolution of The Amstelborg Limited Partnership referred to above.

Allco Finance Limited, as General Partner for and on behalf of each of the Partners to The Amstelborg Limited Partnership.
