At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 1 Beauchamp Court, Victors Way, Barnet, Herts, EN5 5TZ, on 29 September 2008, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sabia S Sahota, of BBK Partnership, 1 Beauchamp Court, Victors Way, Barnet, Herts, EN5 5TZ, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
