At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 67 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JS, on 29 September 2008 at 10.30 am, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that M Weller and J S French, both of Vantis Business Recovery Services, 43-45 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex RM11 2JX, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”
