A final meeting of creditors of the above named company has been summoned by the joint liquidators under Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of considering the following resolutions:

That the joint liquidators’ receipts and payments account be approved and that the joint liquidators’ be granted their release.

The meeting will be held on 12 November 2008 at 10.00 am at 43-45 Portman Square, London W1H 6LY. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon on 11 November 2008 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
