We, Mark Grahame Tailby and Neil Richard Gibson of CBA, 39 Castle Street, Leicester. LE1 5WN hereby give notice that on 22 December 2006 we were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company.

Notice is hereby given that the Creditors are required on or before the 27 October 2008 to send in their full names and addresses, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any) to us and, if so required by notice in writing from us, or personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claim at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
