Further to the Notice of an application for consent to construct and operate an Energy from Waste Combined Heat and Power Generating Station on land owned by INEOS Chlor Limited at Weston Point, Runcorn, Cheshire.

Notice is hereby given that INEOS Chlor Limited (“the Company”) has been granted consent by the Secretary of State to construct and operate an Energy from Waste Combined Heat and Power Generating Station, together with planning permission under section 90(2) of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990.
