THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that the Order under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of a northern part width of Croyde Road, comprising highway verge to the west of The Whiteleaf Hotel, at its junction with Sandy Lane, Croyde, North Devon EX33, referred to in the notice published on 5 June 2008, will not be made.

The application for the Order has been withdrawn following the applicant being informed by the Highway Authority, Devon County Council, that the area in question is not public highway.
