A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Suites 1A and 1B, Octagon Court, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire HP11 2HS presented on 9 September 2008 by CMS CAMERON MCKENNA LLP whose registered office address is situate at Mitre House, 160 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4DD claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at the Bristol District Registry sitting at The Guildhall, Small Street, Bristol on Thursday 30 October 2008 at 10.00 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Wednesday 29 October 2008.
