Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, to all parties who are or were Members of the Crabtree Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) that the Scheme has entered an assessment period for admittance into the Pension Protection Fund.

A notice has been sent to Members and it is believed that all Members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified. Any person claiming a beneficial interest in the Scheme who has not been contacted in respect of the Scheme is hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest or beneficial interest including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, dates of entry into membership of the Scheme to: Margaret Broom, HR Trustees, Xafinity House, 42-62 Greyfriars Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1NN, so as to reach that address within two months of the date of publication of this notice.
