NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Secretary of State for Transport has, on the 29 August 2008, made an Order under Sections 84(1)(a) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which comes into force on 12 September 2008.

The effect of the Order is as described in the Notice published in the London Gazette dated 17 January 2007, reference 800.
