Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 168(2) of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held consecutively as follows, at Clarke Bell Ltd, Parsonage Chambers, 3 The Parsonage, Manchester M3 2HS, on 1 October 2008, at 11.00 am and 11.15 am .

For the purpose of considering the following Resolutions under Rule 4.54:

1. That the Liquidator be authorised to draw fees on the basis of time costs incurred plus VAT.

2. That the Liquidator be authorised to draw Class II disbursements plus VAT, where appropriate, as and when required.

3. That the Liquidator be authorised to appoint agents and Solicitors at his discretion, as and when required.

4. That the Liquidator be authorised to bring and or defend legal actions at his discretion.

5. Establishing a Creditors’ Committee.

For the purpose of considering the following Resolutions under Rule 4.57:

1. That John Bell remain in office as Liquidator.

2. For the removal of John Bell as Liquidator and for the appointment of a replacement Liquidator.

3. For the payment of any outstanding fees due to John Bell to be paid in priority to any fees incurred by any Liquidator appointed in his place, but after payment of petitioning Creditors’ costs have been made. Liquidator’s fees to be calculated on a time cost basis.
