At a general meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 24 Wellington Street, St Johns, Blackburn, BB1 8AF on the 01 September 2008 the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that J M Titley, of Leonard Curtis, 24 Wellington Street, St Johns, Blackburn, BB1 8AF, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held at the same place on the same day, the appointment of J M Titley of Leonard Curtis, 24 Wellington Street, St Johns, Blackburn, BB1 8AF as Liquidator was confirmed.
