Notice is hereby given that the final meetings of members and creditors of South Midlands Motorcycles Limited will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 1 Westminster Way, Oxford, OX2 0PZ on 7 October 2008 at 9.30 am and 10.00 am respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the liquidator pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be returned by fax on 0118 959 8193 by not later than 12.00 noon on 6 October 2008.
