Leven and Beeford Medical Practice

Notice is hereby given that with effect from 12 August 2008 Anthony Charles Milner ceased to be a partner with Alan John Sykes, Mary Kathleen Jane Sowerby, Jacob Vermeijden, Richard Douglas Chapman and Maria Katherine Mcdiarmid in the business and partnership of general medical practitioners known as the Leven and Beeford Medical Practice. The business and practice will continue to be carried on by Alan John Sykes, Mary Kathleen Jane Sowerby, Jacob Vermeijden, Richard Douglas Chapman and Maria Katherine McDiarmid under the name the Leven and Beeford Medical Practice.
