NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Severn Trent Water Limited for consent to discharge foul sewage and surface water run off, discharged under storm conditions, to the River Anker at National Grid Reference SP 31440 98750 from a storm sewage overflow located at Royal Meadow Drive CSO, Atherstone, Warwickshire. Flows will be screened prior to discharge.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, PO Box 4209, Sheffield, S9 9BS, during the period 05/09/08 to 17/10/08 quoting reference NPSWQD003812.

Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act or Environmental Information Regulations 2004.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at Environment Agency, Public Register, Sentinel House, 9 Wellington Crescent Fradley Park, Lichfield, Staffs, WS13 8RR between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
