ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 6 AND PART IV OF SCHEDULE 9

THE HAVERING (BUS LANES) (OLDCHURCH ROAD) TRAFFIC ORDER 2008

  • 1 Notice is given that the Council of the London Borough of Havering, Hereinafter called the Council, intends to make the Havering (Bus Lanes) (Oldchurch Road) Traffic Order 2008 (“the Order”).
  • 2 The effect of the Order will be to vary the Havering (Bus Lanes) (No. 3) Traffic Order 2006 by removing the stretch of bus lane listed in the Schedule below.
  • 3 The Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order and the draft Order and plans showing the locations and effects of the Order can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order is made at Street Care reception, Whitworth Centre, Noak Hill Road, Harold Hill, Essex RM3 7YA.
  • 4 Any person desiring to object to the Order or make other representations should send a statement in writing of either their objection or representations and grounds thereof to the Principal Engineer, quoting reference QF038, to the address given in the above paragraph to arrive by 30 September 2008.
