Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final General Meetings of the members and creditors of the above company will be held at the offices of Tenon Recovery, Suite 5c, Tower House Business Centre, Fishergate, York, Y010 4UA, on 6 October 2008 at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, for the purposes of receiving my report on the winding-up and to pass the following resolutions: “That the Liquidator’s final receipts and payments account be approved, that the Liquidator obtains his release under Section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that the books and records may be destroyed, 12 months after the dissolution of the company.”

Creditors are entitled to vote at the above meeting or may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead. The proxy need not be a creditor of the company. Please note that the meeting is a formality and there is no necessity to attend unless you so wish.
