A meeting of creditors of the above-named company has been summoned by the liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of: Receiving the final report of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding up of the Company has been conducted and the property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and determining the Liquidator can be granted his release. The meeting will be held on 14th October 2008 at 11.00 am at Mansell House, Aspinall Close, Horwich, Bolton, BL6 6QQ. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 12.00 noon in the afternoon of the business day before the Meeting, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting.
