Philip Booth and Adrian Graham of Hamiltons Insolvency Practitioners Limited, Omega Court, 368 Cemetery Road, Sheffield, S11 8FT are persons qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioners in relation to the Company who will, during the period before the day of the meeting, furnish creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
