PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990, SECTION 69

NOTICE OF VARIATION TO BOUNDARY OF HOSPITAL STREET CONSERVATION AREA

Notice is given under section 69 of the 1990 Act that on 2 July 2008 Tamworth Borough Council has made a variation to the Hospital Street Conservation Area.

The following addresses have now been excluded from the Hospital Street Conservation Area with immediate effect:

Tamworth Health Centre, Hospital Street; 27-37 Upper Gungate; 1-12 Oldbury Court.

A plan showing the revised boundary of the Hospital Street Conservation Area and character appraisal defining the special character of the area may be viewed at the offices of Tamworth Borough Council, Marmion House, Lichfield Street, Tamworth B79 7BZ, Monday to Thursday 8.45 am to 5.10 pm, Friday 8.45 am to 5.05 pm. Alternatively, it can be viewed and downloaded from the Council’s website at www.tamworth.gov.uk
