At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 10-12 New College Parade, Finchley Road, London NW3 5EP, on Thursday 3 July 2008, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:

“It was resolved that the Company be wound-up voluntarily, and that Kian Seng Tan, of K S Tan & Co, 10-12 New College Parade, Finchley Road, London NW3 5EP, be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of the winding-up”. At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors Freddy Khalastchi was appointed as Liquidator.
