Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 May 2008, EQT V Investments Limited withdrew as a limited partner in EQT Securitas Direct (No.2) Co-Investment LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with No LP012991, and transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to EQT V (General Partner) LP, a Guernsey limited partnership (acting through its general partner, EQT V Limited).
