TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that she has made an Order under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (Yorkshire & The Humber) (No. 06) Order 2008” authorising the stopping up of that length of the easterly arm of Spring Wood Gardens circuit, between its northern junction with Tristram Avenue and its southern junction with Summerlands Grove, Parkside, Bradford to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with planning permission granted to Bradford West City Community Housing Trust by the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 23 March 2007 under reference 06/07258/FUL.
COPIES OF THE ORDER MAY BE OBTAINED, free of charge, on application to the Secretary of State, addressed to the National Transport Casework Team, Government Office for the North East, Citygate, Gallowgate, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4WH (quoting reference NATTRAN/Y&H/S247/10) and may be inspected at all reasonable hours at c/o John Robinson, Highway Records Officer, City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, 5th Floor South, Jacobs Well, Bradford BD1 5RW.
ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED BY THE ORDER and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement of that Act or of any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks of the 7 July 2008 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision contained therein.

Planning permission is granted for the construction of 18 houses and 16 bungalows and associated infrastructures at Spring Wood Gardens, Parkside, Bradford, West Yorkshire.
