Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above company will be held at 12.00 noon on 8 July 2008 at The Premier Inn, Bishopsgate, 7-11 Lower Moseley Street, Manchester, Lancashire M2 3DW for the purposes provided for in Section 99, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the liquidators are to be remunerated. The meeting may also receive information about, or may be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged not later than 12 noon on 7 July 2008 at the offices of KPMG LLP, St James’ Square, Manchester M2 6DS. A list of names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection at the offices of KPMG LLP, St James’ Square, Manchester M2 6DS, United Kingdom on the two business days preceding the meeting.
