Notice to former holders of ordinary shares of 10p each

Notice is hereby given that The Liquidator of the Company, Roger Smith of KPMG LLP, 8 Salisbury Square, London EC4Y 8BB, Tel No +44 (0)20 7694 3312, Fax No +44 (0)20 7694 3533, holds funds in trust which are due to persons whose shares in the Company were compulsorily acquired by Lonrho Limited in December 1975. Any such persons, or their successors in title, who held ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company and who have not previously received their entitlement are invited to make a claim. Claims should be made in writing to the Liquidator, and be accompanied by the original share certificate(s) and/or other evidence of entitlement at the above address, by 12 noon on 27 August 2008.
