I, JOHN GEOFFREY HUNT of Isleworth in the London Borough of Hounslow, wish it to be known that I formally renounce the baptism and the vows made on my behalf by my parents and god-parents, which took place at St Jude’s Church, Thornton Heath, now in the London Borough of Croydon, in 1952. Since rejecting confirmation at the age of 11, I have not wished to be regarded as a Christian, or to be considered a member of the Church of England or of any other religious body. I hereby declare the ritual null and void.
