A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, Braeside Developments (Bournemouth) Limited, whose registered office is at North House, Braeside Business Park, Sterte Avenue West, Poole, Dorset BH15 2BX, presented on 6 May 2008 by David Bower, of Gulliver House, 1 Bingham Avenue, Lilliput, Poole, Dorset BH14 8ND, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Bournemouth County Court, Deansleigh Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH7 7DS, on 11 August 2008, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
