At a General Meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at 24 Tottenham Street, London W1 on 2 April 2008 the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that W. A. Batty and S. J. Evans of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5EF, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
