On 18 February 2008 the above named company whose registered office is at 130 Bury New Road, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 0AA was placed into members voluntary liquidation and Tony Freeman FCA MIPA FABRP was appointed liquidator. The company is presently expected to be able to pay all known liabilities in full.

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Rule 4.182A and 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that it is the intention of the liquidator to declare a first and final distribution to creditors of the company of 100 pence in the pound within the period of four months from the last date for proving specified below. The liquidator shall be at liberty to make such distribution immediately after the last date for proving. Creditors who have not yet done so are required on or before 19 March 2008 (the last date for proving), to send their proofs of debt in writing to the undersigned Tony Freeman FCA MIPA FABRP of New Maxdov House, 130 Bury New Road, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 0AA the liquidator of the company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the liquidator to be necessary.

It should be noted after this date, the liquidator has the right to make any distributions that he may think fit, without regard to creditors claims that were not proved within the above mentioned period.
