Pursuant to Rule 11.2 of The Insolvency Rules 986, notice is hereby given that the last date for proving debts against the above-named company, which is being voluntarily wound up, is the 14th day of March 2008, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of Grant Thorton UK LLP, 43 Queen Square, Bristol, BS1 4QR, the liquidator of the company. Notice is further given that the liquidator intends to pay a first and final dividend to the creditors within four months of the last date for proving.
