Mr Gerald Maurice Krasner of Begbies Traynor, Burley House, 12 Clarendon Road, Leeds LS2 9NF, was appointed by the Secretary of State to be the Trustee in Bankruptcy of Mr Abdullah Mahfooth Faithel (also known as Abdul Mahfooth, Abdullah Mahfooth, Abdulla Mahfooth, Abdallah Mahfooth, Abdulla Nadim Fadheel Mahfoodh, Sheikh Abdallah, Sheikh Abdullah, Sheik Abdullah Faithel, Sheik Abdullah Mahfooth Faithel, Abdalla Faithel, Abdullah Nadeem, Abdulla Nadeem Mahfooth, Abdullah Nadeem Faithel Mahfooth, Mahfooth Abdullah, Abdulla Massous, Abdul Abdullah, Abeal Mahfooth and Abeallah Mahfooth) (“the Bankrupt”) on 30 October 2007. The Bankrupt has been associated with the following pawnbroking businesses: Pall Mall Finance and Loans, The Watch Diamond Centre, Mayfair Finance and Loans, Chelsea Pawnbrokers, Mayfair Pawnbrokers and The Jewellery and Watch Centre. Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim in regard to any item currently pawned or pledged with the Bankrupt or any of the aforementioned businesses should contact the Trustee in Bankruptcy’s Solicitors within 21 days of this notice at Lawrence Graham LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AU (Ref SNC/B3444/40). After the expiry of 21 days, such items, including watches, paintings and antiques, currently held by the Trustee in Bankruptcy shall be made available for sale.
